"Deserve 0 stars"
Wish I could give them lower than a one star. They do not follow colorado law about membership renewals. They are frauds and will unjustly send you to collections after not allowing you to cancel, do not recommend.

"They are big SCAMMERS"
SCAMMERS. I went for a couple of months and then I tried switching from my VISA to my credit card. After receiving an email saying that I had successfully changed cards, I received an email a couple weeks later saying I had a late payment. So I went over to my home gym and talked to a staff member, only to be told that my card was taken, the problem was on their end, and he gave me a number to call saying that they would fix the problem. No answer. Later I gave a call back and an extremely rude staff member tells me that my card information was not correct and that I would have to pay. I asked him to confirm this and he couldn't. I asked to speak to a manager and he says NO. So I cancelled my plan.
The same thing happened to my friend, except much worse and more than once. I keep hearing negative feedback about VASA from other peers.
I hope they go out of business for being such SCAMMERS.

"Awful gym"
Awful gym. They are constantly overcrowded, half the machines don't work, and good luck trying to cancel without them charging you regardless of your situation.

Don't bother with VASA.

"Vasa is a terrible gym"
Vasa is a terrible gym. Do not join. When you cancel, they make it very difficult and charge and extra month if you don't give them exactly 30 days notice, on top of the yearly membership charge which you don't receive a prorated refund. The customer service people are not kind, but rather cold and disinterested, probably because they have to deal with unhappy customers because of their unethical policies. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Vasa sucks you over to cancel your account $237 just to cancel pathetic gym !!! They put you into a financial burden with how much they charge and they don’t care !!

I am in complete shock with this Gym- from the arrogance of the staff, to there $3 fees if your schedule changes after you book childcare, to the insane fact, they close at 8 pm on Saturday night!?!??!!!
What a joke! Who closes at 8 pm on Saturday night???? What is this, little house on the prairie????

"By far the worst gyms I’ve been too"
By far the worst gyms I’ve been too. From the start they wouldn’t let me make a membership. Then once I did finally get one to go through they didn’t recognize it for almost a month. A duplicate account was made somehow. Double charging me monthly. Then when I confronted them about it there was no refunds and they could only move it towards credit with there franchise. Once that all was settled. I was supposed to be paid off until august. When I went in to work out next. Both accounts were terminated with me never seeing a dime from either of them. On top of it all, the costlier service of the gym was terrible, the employees were cold and difficult to work with. It took five calls and over 3 different workers to finally get the issues resolved. Long story short. My experience was god awful, there contracts have a ton of fine print, and all in all, the gym is no better than a rec center.

"Abysmal billing oversight"
Abysmal billing practices with no integrity. In 2017, I signed up for a pass at the Layton, Utah facility. I went 7 times. I chose to sign up with a gym much closer to my home. Consequently, I asked the front desk to cancel my account, which they said they did. Our son died later that month and I forgot all about VASA. It is 2023. They have been charging my account every month since. As it was on autopay and VASA never comes up but rather, Paramount, their billing company, my husband didn't question it.
Today he asked me about this account. Neither one of us recognized the name. We learned it was VASA's billing company, Paramount, Now, $1644.00 dollars later, they explained although I cancelled my account, as it was all online, I apparently didnt respond to the final document. So they started billing me again in August of 2017. What? I wanted my money back as I didnt use the facility once since 2017 (which of course I didnt really expect) so I asked if they could credit my sons VASA account with the money. Nope. Would you think that if there had been no activity on the account for 7 years, someone would flag it? Ask a question? Send an email? Their billing system isn't that sophisticated? Or is it all about the money? I guess so. Pitiful.

"Talk about false advertisement"
Talk about false advertisement! I just was charged $107.71 to get out of a contract with VASA that they said I signed! I did not! They said you did not have to have a contract and could pay month by month! When I tried to call their headquarters it was conveniently closed at 1:30 MST.

"Literally the worst gym I've ever been…"
Literally the worst gym I've ever been to. I never go out of my way to bash a company (even when it's a horrible experience). But because this gym decided to start charging my card for a membership over 6 months after I cancelled.... so here I am.
I could not get ahold of their bullsh*t customer service line to figure out why these charges were on my card, I ended up having to cancel my credit card. Which then resulted in VASA Fitness sending my account to a collections agency.

"Vasa stealing my money"
Months ago I looked into canceling my membership and discovered its hundreds of dollars just to cancel a membership.
To avoiding paying my monthly payments, and get around that steep cancelation fee, I got a new card at the bank... today I discovered that payments have been made to them for the past 3 months.? I never gave vasa my new card info, I don't have their app anymore. They are now literally stealing my money!! If they continue to pull this s**t, I will sue them!!
I specifically told them I wanted those greedy b*tches to stop taking my money!!

"vasa in littleton colorado"
If I could give less than one star I would. I switched to silver sneakers in June 2021 and a staff member told me it was all taken care of. Have been going there regularly since that time with no issues. Last week another staff member, very rudely told me that my membership was cancelled and and I was working out there without a membership. I tried to explain to her about my silver sneakers membership, but she just looked at me and shrugged her shoulders, obviously she was not interested in being helpful. I brought in my silver sneakers card on Saturday and an employee named Chris took the information and said it was taken care of. I went to work out on Monday, and the same employee followed me across the room. Instead of telling me there was still a problem with the account, she stated to me that she was going to "call the cops" since I was working out without a membership. Interestingly, I went to a 24 hour fitness that same day to join there and there was no issue with my silver sneakers card there. I cannot believe the way I was treated and threatened by this staff member.

"Place is a scam"
Place is a scam. Read all the fine print, it says no contract but if you leave before 6 months then there is a $21 cancellation fee, but it's actually $100. Been going for 4 months and the hot tub still doesn't work. Steam room is always broken. Signs on most equipment, yet still not fixed. red room classes are all the same. music is dreadful. Trainers do not help and you will get conned into a contact with them, which will lock you into a year contract with the gym. So many hidden fees and cost.

"Zero stars if I could"
Zero stars if I could. They offer no option to freeze or cancel your account if you have an unexpected financial hardship. They keep your account open for months, charging you fees and monthly membership even if you don’t go to the gym, and they refuse to let you cancel until you make the back payments. This puts people in a position where they have to wait several months to cancel the membership because the fees keep piling up, keeping you in an endless debt cycle. I will never let anyone I know go there again.
